Step 1: Find your favourite bag by searching for it in the top right of the website, or by browsing through any of our shop pages.
Step 2: Click the "Make an Offer" button and type in the product number (for example, M94635), your information, and your offer.
Step 3: Click the "Submit Offer" button.
Step 4: We'll get back to you within 24 hours to let you know if we have accepted or declined your offer.
Step 1: Find the product you would like to leave a review for by searching in the top right of the website or by browsing through any of our shop pages.
Step 2: Scroll down and click the "Leave a Review" button.
Step 3: complete the review form with your information, a picture of your purchase, your review, and your rating.

We are proud to offer FREE shipping on all purchases over $200. Delivery to your front door takes around 5-7 business days. Usually all orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 36 hours. A tracking number will be sent upon purchase to your email. You can also view your orders in your account. If you are unsure if we ship to your country, please send us a message on the Contact page.
Orders may take 24 to 36 hours to process, once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped.

Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt.
Put the pre-paid label, included within your order, on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box.
Deliver your package to UPS: Drop your package off at any UPS store or pick-up location
