WAIT TO DRY BEFORE COATING WITH TOPPS SEAL OR OTHER TOPPS ROOF COATINGS.

PREPARE SURFACE – MAKE SURE SURFACE IS CLEAN, DRY, AND UNCOATED.

APPLY USING LOW-PRESSURE PUMP SPRAYER.

  • Viscosity: Water-thin

  • Solids: 35%

  • Flashpoint of Solvent: 40°C

  • VOC: < 550 g/l

  • Dry to touch at 25°C 50% RH: 1 hour

  • Service Range: - 40° to 60° C
